The Importance of Dumb Questions

Can it sometimes be tricky to maintain the skill building mindset for the trainer? For the participants? Communication skills and interpersonal skills cut right to questions that the ego asks. This training will simply look at asking straightforward simple questions that genuinely seek answers versus effort to prove what you know. Also in that spirit will look at the role of trainer on how to provide this atmosphere. It will look at exercises to help improve the trainers physicality, mindset and encouraging behavior so that the participants and the trainer all genuinely have a great opportunity to build skills.
